Powers and duties of officers (administrative, financial and judicial) –
Powers of Officers are determined and delegated from time to time based on the organisational structure, current business objectives, regulatory guidelines, etc. The powers cover both business and administrative needs. Duties of officers are determined from time to time based on the role. The powers and duties are derived from the delegation of Powers as approved by BOT from time to time.

Work allocation –
Work allotted to Officers are determined and delegated from time to time based on the organisational structure, current business objectives, regulatory guidelines, etc.

  1. Timely initiation of various recovery activities viz. Action under IBC, RDDB Act, SARFAESI, OTS, AOD etc
  2. Regular follow up with borrower, advertising agencies, advocates, PDAs, EAs etc.
  3. Recovery of dues in the cases allotted to officers,
  4. Maintenance of all MIS relating to performance of SASF
  5. Managing the cases/matters/applications at various legal forums viz. DRT/DRAT/High Court/NCLT/NCLAT/SC etc.
