VP Shetty Is Appointed Chairman Of IDBI's SASF :   Financial Express - March 22, 2005 VP Shetty has been appointed chairman of IDBI’s stressed assets stabilization fund (SASF) while Siby Antony has been appointed as its executive trustee. In an attempt to reduce the non-performing assets, IDBI has created a Rs 9,000 crore Stressed Assets Stabilisation Fund (SASF).
